What is GYC?

GYC is mad fun.  GYC is the annual camp for the youth at Guildford Anglican Church.  This year we’re heading down South to Youthworks’ “Koloona” site at Shoalhaven to hear what God has to say about Which Way we should go in life.  There’ll be 3 Bible talks and stacks of time for talking things over in small groups and hopefully around the campfire!  We’ve also got some great games lined up and plenty of free time to unwind.

Who can come?

Everyone in years 6-12 are welcome, even if you haven’t come to Guildford Youth yet!  All our leaders have completed a Working With Children Check and attended compulsory safe ministry training.  They’ll be there to make sure your kids have the best GYC possible.

When is it?

GYC runs from Friday 12th to Sunday 14th of April.

Where will it be?

We’ll be staying in cabins at “Koloona,” (439 Koloona Drive, West Cambewarra NSW), about 2.5 hours’ drive away.  The weekend is fully catered, though you may need to purchase dinner on Friday night. See here for site info and pics.

How much does it cost?

The weekend costs $120 per person.  We don’t want finances to be an issue for anyone or stop people from missing out on such a fantastic weekend, so Guildford Youth will be doing some fundraising.  If you need more help, email Matt (
